Information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. That means:
- Your name, phone number, and email address when you submit a quote request on this site, call us, or email us.
- Details you choose to share about your project, such as scope, timeline, and the city the work is in.
- Information you provide during the course of a job, such as a service address and billing details.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) as a normal part of serving the website.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, quote and schedule work, communicate with you about a job in progress, send invoices and receipts, and follow up afterward. If you have opted in, we may also send occasional messages about our services.
SMS Communications
American Construction uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers about its plumbing, electrical, HVAC and construction services. Phone numbers collected through our intake forms, by phone call, or at the time of service are used only to send service-related communications (appointment confirmations, arrival notices, project updates, review requests, invoice reminders) and, where you have opted in, promotional offers related to our services.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. How long we keep it
We keep project and customer records for as long as we need them for the job, our contractual obligations, and our legal and tax requirements.

To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, contact us using the details below.
